As soon as your order is complete, we email your download link(s) straight away — there's no waiting for shipping. Just check your inbox for an email from Shaka Bird Studios with your files.
Didn't get your email?
First, check your spam or promotions folder — download emails sometimes land there. If it's been more than 15 minutes and you still don't see anything, email us at rick@shakabird.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
File won't open, or looks corrupted?
Contact us at rick@shakabird.com with your order number and we'll resend the file immediately, no questions asked.
Charged more than once?
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, email us at rick@shakabird.com with your order number and we'll refund the duplicate charge right away.
Received the wrong item?
Let us know at rick@shakabird.com with your order number, and we'll send you the correct file or issue a refund.
